Step-by-Step: What to Expect

1. Initial Call (Free) — Discovery & Alignment
We start with a 30–45 minute video call to understand your current situation. You talk, I listen — and ask questions. We’ll discuss:

  • Affiliate setup (if relevant)
  • What’s working, what's not
  • Where you feel stuck or see potential
This session helps us both determine if working together makes sense and where the biggest leverage might be.

2. Proposal — Tailored Roadmap
After the call, I will send you a brief proposal outlining:
  • Scope of the review and strategic analysis
  • What I’ll deliver (insights, direction, actionable recommendations)
  • Timeline and cost (based on complexity)
You can decide if you'd like to move forward based on that.

3. Strategic Analysis & Recommendations
If we proceed, I’ll dive into your setup and strategy to identify the biggest opportunities. Depending on your focus, this might include areas like:
  • Affiliate program structure and economics
  • Recruitment, communication, and partner quality
  • Conversion flow and landing page effectiveness
  • Business positioning, offer strategy, and unit economics
  • Data tracking and performance visibility

You’ll receive a clear, actionable report — not just theory or slides, but tactical next steps that can be implemented.

4. Review Meeting & Next Steps

We’ll meet again to go through the findings together. I’ll walk you through my recommendations, answer your questions, and help prioritize the next steps. After that, you can:
  • Implement changes internally
  • Get my help on execution or oversight
  • Bring in external resources — I can collaborate or guide as needed
